About the role

Reporting to the Financial Controller & Functions Manager, this position provides comprehensive administrative support for the Aerial UTS Function Centre, whilst assisting in day to day tasks as required. This role will be the first point of contact for new and existing customer enquiries. The role will also be responsible for invoicing, reporting and banking.

About you

The successful candidate will be an organised team player with strong attention to detail and have at least 12 months experience in supplier and client invoicing. To be considered for this position you must have a commitment to customer service excellence and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have intermediate Excel and Word skills – previous experience with Great Plains & Event Pro is highly desirable.
