About the role

Reporting to the Social Clubs Manager, this position works closely with the ActivateSocial Team to enhance club activities and build the ActivateUTS brand. Supporting the Social Clubs Manager on larger club events, checking and approving re-affiliation, maintaining club administration and funding records, mediating executive and membership issues and growing the ActivateClubs membership and engagement. With a focus on collaboration with clubs and societies you will provide support by ensuring they follow correct procedures and approvals relating to budgets, approved funding and administration records

About you

You have a good understanding of student social and recreational needs, a strong customer service ethic, previous experience working with a diverse range of people, great administration, computer and research skills and work well within a team with good interpersonal and communications skills. Ideally, you may have experience being involved in university clubs.
