About the role
Reporting to the Social Clubs Manager, this position works closely with the ActivateSocial Team to enhance club activities and build the ActivateUTS brand. Supporting the Social Clubs Manager on larger club events, checking and approving re-affiliation, maintaining club administration and funding records, mediating executive and membership issues and growing the ActivateClubs membership and engagement. With a focus on collaboration with clubs and societies you will provide support by ensuring they follow correct procedures and approvals relating to budgets, approved funding and administration records
About you
The ideal candidate will have sound understanding of student social and recreational needs, strong customer service and previous experience working with a diverse range of people. Excellent administration, computer and research skills together with good interpersonal and communications ability are essential criteria for this role. Good understanding of the youth market and cultural diversity and current drivers’ licence is highly desirable.
