An exciting career opportunity currently exists for a qualified IT Applications Support person to join the finance team at ActivateUTS. This position is responsible for managing our IT business systems, maintaining data records, data analysis and for providing support to the COO and other team members.

About the role
Reporting to the COO, this position is responsible for maintaining all ActivateUTS IT systems, developing protocols for the collection of meaningful and consistent data, data analysis, and developing and delivering training to staff on the use of systems and data collection protocols.
The successful candidate will be organised and proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated capacity to work both independently and in a team environment. To be considered for this position you will have Systems Administration experience in a similar role, including maintenance and implementation of tools such as POS, payroll, rosters and accounting software. We are looking for someone with excellent excel skills and strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. The perfect candidate would also have a solid working knowledge of SQL and Access, experience working in project and BAU environments and the ability to train others.
