Banana Coconut Protein Smoothies

Getting tired of the same protein shake every morning? Before you head for that maccas breakfast (out of sheer boredom), why don’t you give this limey, coconutty, banana protein shake a try! Loaded with vitamins, protein, and good fats - it’ll get you moving (without that sluggish feeling) for the rest of the day!.

In this shake you’ll find banana which is a great source of Vitamin C and B6, Fiber, Potassium and Manganese. Coconut milk which is loaded with good fats, and protein for your muscle development. All really good stuff!

This may just be our simplest recipe yet! Just pop it all in a blender and you’re ready to take on your day!

What you will need:

  • ½ Banana
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • Optional Garnish - Cinnamon and Dessicated Coconut

Method:

This one is easy, pop all ingredients (except for garnish) in a blender and blend until smooth!
If you want to get fancy - garnish that smoothie with a little cinnamon and coconut, and post it on insta!
