Find your flow with our Beginners Contemporary dance workout. You’ll learn the foundations of modern contemporary dance, from floor rolls through to small choreographed combos.
This class is open to all skill levels.
About your instructor
Phoebe will be your expert instructor for this dance work. With over 17 years’ experience in Classical Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary and Jazz, it’s safe to say you’ll learn a thing or two with Phoebe.
