Come down to the RMSH Dance Studio to join in a free Jazz and Dance Workout Program.
Work up a sweat with your mates as you are led through easy-to-follow choreography that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and your feet moving.
Learn some great moves to take onto the dance floor! You don't have to be a dance master to attend; it's great for all skill levels.
