A Plastic Ocean

Description: A Plastic Ocean is an award-winning documentary exploring the devastating effects of plastic pollution on our oceans – a result of our greedy, throw-away society. This informative, upbeat and solution-focused doco is a must see.  Together we can change the harm we are causing our oceans and all the sea creatures who call it home.

This documentary will be followed by a Q&A with Sarah-Jo, local marine scientist, Sjirk Bangma, sailor and grandad and Angela Dunnett from Sydney Water.

The documentary is approximately 22 minutes in duration.

Waste Not

Description: Australia sends half a ton of waste to landfill each year.  Waste Not is a film about where your garbage goes, who sorts it for you and what it’s worth if it isn’t just tossed into landfill. The film’s goal is to inspire hope, to create that lightbulb moment and motivate people to change the way they think and act.

The documentary is 26 minutes in duration.
