Often during that crazy exam study time, physical health can go straight out the window. However, stretching can be a quick and easy way to help reduce injuries and provide an overall feeling of well-being when you're at your most stressed.

Wellbeing experts, Healthfix will be facilitating our next workshop on the benefits of stretching, how to start, safety tips and more. Tune in and see how stretching can help improve posture, mobility and increase your overall wellbeing,  allowing you more efficiency and productivity.
