Online Movement and Mobility Class

If you've been sitting at your desk for hours on end, there's a high chance you're putting some level of stress on your body.
Lower back, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, muscle tension and discomfort are just some of the common symptoms from lack of movement and mobility.
This October, we're adding flexibility and functional mobility movement classes to optimise your health and wellbeing.
The classes are run at 12pm every Thursday in October and consist of a 35 - 45 minute session that will challenge fitness and mobility levels across the board. It's gentle enough for the new comer and hard enough for the avid fitness enthusiasts.
Expect some stretching, holds, balance, kinesthetic awareness and poses.
There’s no commitment to the program – you can attend as many sessions as you’d like.
