To support your health and fitness during self-isolation, UTS Sport has moved the UTS Run Group online.

Here’s how you can get started:

  1. Join the ‘UTS Sport’ group on the Strava App.
  2. Complete weekly challenges and share your wins.
  3. Like the ‘UTS Run Group’ Facebook Page for updates.

Prizes are up for grabs for those who complete weekly challenges.

Perfect for all levels, it’s a great way to keep your exercise regular.
