Activate your muscles and then stretch them out with our Strength and Stretch dance workout. This workout is designed to target commonly used muscle groups and combine the foundations of gymnastic style techniques with important stretches.
This class is open to all skill levels.
About your instructor
With over 17 years’ experience, Kate specialises in classical and contemporary styles. Kate is the president of the UTS Dance Society and is excited to see you on the dance floor.
