Self Care Week 2021 Meditation

Start your day feeling energised and refreshed with ActivateFit.Gym’s online meditation classes.

Meditation is all about being in the moment and calming your mind. This 45-minute online guided meditation class will be broken down into 15 minutes of energising breathwork and 30 minutes of mindfulness meditation.

There’s no commitment to the program – you can attend as many sessions as you’d like.
