Self Care Week 2021 Yoga

Yoga has both mental and physical benefits making it the perfect self-care activity during lockdown.

Hosted by ActivateFit.Gym's Yoga Instructor Vicky, these online one hour classes will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress and anxiety.

Attend one or all four of our Yoga classes (no experience or commitment needed) and get your body moving.
