Our Self Defence class is brought to you by the UTS Jitsu club and is open to all skill levels.
Improve your self-confidence and learn new skills. Come along and have fun and meet new people while learning lifesaving skills.
It is not compulsory to come for all 3 sessions but to get the most out of the sport we do encourage it. We will send you a link to the next event when it is open for registration.
Our friendly Jitsu club is here to help all who want to get involved – you can be a seasoned athlete or a first timer as these session cater for all.
Mix and match across a variety of Women in Sport Programs and don’t forget to pick up your FREE shirt on your first visit.
Please ensure you wear comfy clothing, appropriate athletic footwear and a drink bottle.
