Whether you’ve joined our previous Intro to Gym sessions or are new to the scene, we invite you to join UTS Sport’s free Women in Sport: 4-week Challenge this October.
Every Tuesday throughout October, we’re meeting on Zoom for a sweaty workout. Complete at-least two sessions of the Challenge and we’ll shout you a free fourteen-day pass to ActivateFit.Gym and your very own individual workout plan.

This challenge is open to all UTS students and staff who identify as female. There’s no commitment to the program – you can attend as many sessions as you’d like. But to get the most out of it, we recommend attending all four weeks.
Note: This program is an extension of the Intro to Gym program and is tailored to an intermediate skill level however there will still be beginner modifications available.
