UTS Sport’s free six-week Intro to Gym program is the ultimate gym guide for women.

Due to the recent COVID-19 restrictions and campus closures, the first few weeks of the program will run online. Register via the ‘Book’ button and we’ll send you the Zoom link to the online workout.

Whether you’re starting out, or re-starting, feel empowered, comfortable, and strong in the gym.

There’s no commitment to the program – you can attend as many sessions as you’d like. But to get the most out of it, we recommend attending all six weeks. Plus, if you attend six or more sessions, UTS Sport will give you a free UTS singlet.
