Shipping

Delivery is included in the online store prices for Australian delivery only, so there is no extra on top of what you add to your cart.

However, if you require international delivery please contact us on activate.retail@uts.edu.au or 02 9514 1147 to find additional delivery costs.

Delivery will take 3-5 working days from when you place your order for Australia. However, if you have arranged international delivery this may differ.

Currently we deliver to Australia only via the website, but are happy to arrange international delivery if you contact us on activate.retail@uts.edu.au or 02 9514 1147.

If you receive a product that is faulty, please notify us within 7 days and we can arrange a refund. We do not refund on items that have been used or worn. You can exchange an item but they must be returned in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, with all the tags attached and please have proof of purchase. Postage fees are at your own expense.

We accept Mastercard and Visa. Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not accept American Express.

Yes, we can email a size guide at your request. Please email activate.retail@uts.edu.au to request a guide.

Returns
