Orders
We accept Mastercard and Visa. Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not accept American Express.

Shipping
Delivery is included in the online store prices, so there is no extra on top of what you add to your cart.
Delivery will take 3-5 working days from when you place your order.
Currently we delivery to Australia only via the website, but are happy to arrange international delivery if you contact us on activate.retail@uts.edu.au or 02 9514 1147.
If you receive a product that is faulty, please notify us within 7 days and we can arrange a refund. We do not refund on items that have been used or worn. You can exchange an item but they must be returned in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, with all the tags attached and please have proof of purchase. Postage fees are at your own expense.

Monopoly
This is a UTS Monopoly preorder exclusive! For Monopoly preorders we're offering you the option to collect your set in store. Once the pre-ordering period has finished, we will only be offering Monopoly sets for delivery.
*Please note that the UTS Store is closed between 15 December and 5 January, so you will not be able to collect your Monopoly set during that time.
Everything will be sent a the same time so that you only have to worry about tracking one package.
If you purchased the click and collect option for monopoly, your other items will be sent out by delivery when the order is received and the Monopoly set will be available to pick up at your convenience.*
*Please be aware that the UTS Store will be closed for the holidays between 15 December to 5 January and you will not be able to collect your item during this time.
